Pricing: Provide hourly rates by trade for regular hours (Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific), after hours, and weekends/holidays. Include supervision, overhead, tools, routine equipment, and transportation; identify material, permit, rental equipment, and subcontractor charges separately.
Requirements: Appropriate California trade licenses, personnel clearance for secured facilities, and a one-year warranty on labor and materials.
