Scope: Snow plowing, blowing, shoveling, anti-icing, deicing, and post-storm cleanup for sidewalks, steps, ramps, parking lots, entrances, and hydrant access; roadway plowing as requested.
Coverage: 24/7 availability during the snow season, generally December through May, with on-site mobilization within two hours of notification and continuous service during each 12-hour deployment.
Materials and equipment: Supply all labor, equipment, materials, and storage. Use environmentally responsible, pet-safe ice melt on concrete and rock salt on asphalt.
Follow-up: Include snow-pile maintenance, excess material cleanup, six-hour standby after deployment, and return within six hours of a callback.
Documentation: Real-time service reporting with GPS tracking and time-stamped before, during, and after photos.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive fixed rates per property per 12-hour deployment for melt-only service and snow removal at up to 6 inches, over 6–12 inches, and over 12–24 inches. Include repeated clearings and all mobilization costs.
Service period: Anticipated start December 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four optional annual extensions; provide separate pricing for each period.
