Pricing: Provide hourly rates per task covering the full crew and equipment, plus material prices per ton and per bag. Annual estimates are 60 plowing hours, 30 sidewalk hours, 60 tons of granular material, and 50 bags of deicing material.
Site visit: A scheduled visit with signed confirmation is required before pricing is finalized.
Service term: One year with four optional one-year renewals; include pricing for each year.
