Deicing: Granular materials only; no liquid applications or salt on concrete. Provide estimated material quantities based on the areas to be treated.
Pricing: Quote hourly rates per task covering the full crew and equipment, plus material prices per ton and per bag, for one year and four optional annual renewals.
Site requirements: A documented site visit is required before quoting. Include curb marker flags; equipment cannot remain onsite when not in use.
