Scope: Snow plowing and even application of supplied rock salt; pick up salt at assigned locations and return unused material.
Equipment: Provide trucks with plows and salt spreaders, or loaders/skid steers with buckets or plows. Please list available equipment, capacities, and hourly rates.
Pricing: Include operators, fuel, maintenance, communications, and incidentals. Minimum call-out is four hours, with up to two additional hours for round-trip travel.
Availability: On call 24/7 during the November 1–April 30 snow season; report to the assigned shop within one hour. Provide relief drivers as needed for continuous operations.
Readiness: Equipment must pass an annual inspection; salt spreaders require annual calibration.
