Service period: May 1, 2027–April 30, 2030, covering the 2027–2028, 2028–2029, and 2029–2030 snow seasons, with two optional one-year extensions.
Materials: Supply salt and other materials for full treatments and pretreatments; the site supplies salt/sand for spot treatments.
Staffing and equipment: Provide sufficient personnel and equipment to handle storms. All work must be performed by your own team; subcontracting is not allowed.
Site inspection: Inspect the grounds and service areas before preparing your quote.
