Scope: Building and infrastructure project management, owner representation, contractor oversight, and quality assurance from design through construction and closeout.
Project controls: Cost estimating, scheduling, budget monitoring, inspection and status reports, document management, and review of payment requests and change orders.
Additional support: Scope development, purchasing support, coordination with project stakeholders, and move planning for laboratory, office, and medical spaces.
Pricing: Provide one all-inclusive hourly rate each for Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Cost Estimator; use N/A for unavailable positions. Include travel, equipment, overhead, and expenses. Rates must remain fixed for the program duration.
Duration: Planned January 15, 2027–October 31, 2030, with assignments as needed and no guaranteed volume. Your team should self-perform the majority of services.
