Scope: Plow parking lots and driveways at all sites; clear sidewalks at 35 East 500 South and 8090 South 1825 West. Parking garage work at 35 East 500 South is by request only and requires a poly blade.
Response: Provide one-hour service at 2 inches of accumulation or upon call, including nights, weekends and holidays. Repeat clearing after each additional 2 inches; use a 1-inch repeat threshold at 8805 South 700 West.
Schedule: Clear by 6:00 a.m. at most sites; 9228 West 2700 South requires weekday service by 7:00 a.m. Include storm monitoring and next-morning de-icing checks where required.
Materials and equipment: Supply all labor, plows, spreaders and de-icing materials. Use at least 80% calcium chloride on concrete; rock salt is permitted on asphalt only. Perform services with your own crews and equipment; no subcontracting.
Pricing: Quote any or all sites separately, showing one consistent hourly rate, estimated hours per clearing, ice melt, rock salt and an all-inclusive price per clearing. Pricing must remain fixed through November 23, 2029, including nights, weekends and holidays.
