Lawn care: Weekly mowing May 15–October 21; quote 22 mowing visits, four fertilizer applications and one parking lot sweeping.
Snow removal: Clear the parking lot, sidewalks, entrances and emergency exits at accumulations of 1 inch or more, or when drifting affects access. Include hand shoveling as needed.
Timing: Complete plowing and ice control before 7:00 a.m. CT on business days. Daytime snowfall work may begin at 5:00 p.m.; return within four hours for requested daytime callbacks.
Ice control: Apply sand/salt on request using a 3:1 sand-to-salt mixture, with salt meeting MNDoT Specification 3910.
Additional services: Include spring parking lot sweeping, debris disposal, optional flushing and on-call snow hauling.
Pricing: Provide lawn service unit prices and totals, hourly snow equipment and labor rates, ice-control material rates per ton and per 10 lb applied, and hauling rates per cubic yard. Include all labor, materials and equipment; snow work is weather dependent with no guaranteed volume.
