Vehicles: Economy through full-size cars, SUVs, 7-passenger minivans, 12/15-passenger vans, cargo vans, pickups, 15–16', 24' and 26' box trucks, cutaway trucks, and 20–24' stake bed trucks.
Rates and term: Provide half-day, daily, weekly, monthly, and weekend rates by vehicle class for a three-year term with five optional one-year renewals; identify all additional charges.
Reservations and service: Online, telephone, and in-person reservations; round-trip and one-way rentals; delivery, collection, and after-hours returns at no additional charge.
Vehicle condition: Current or previous model year and no more than 30,000 miles preferred; clean, roadworthy, automatic vehicles with air conditioning and full fuel tanks.
Insurance and assistance: Include full collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, and at least $1 million liability coverage at no additional charge; provide 24/7 roadside assistance and emergency resolution or replacement within four hours.
Provider capacity: At least $500 million in annual national gross sales for each of the past five years, with consistent service across owned and franchised locations.
