Rates: Quote regular and overtime hourly rates for each crane, with a four-hour minimum. Include operator and assistant labor, permits, fees, transportation, mileage, fuel surcharges, and setup. Rental time starts when equipment is in service onsite.
Hours: Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding holidays; all other hours are overtime.
