Term: One year beginning approximately November 1, 2026, with four optional annual renewals; quantities are not guaranteed.
Pricing: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly discounts off local rental rates by category, plus pickup and delivery charges. Rates must remain firm for the first year, with no setup or training fees.
Rental periods: Daily rates cover eight hours; weekly rates cover five eight-hour days; monthly rates cover a calendar month. Apply the appropriate rate as rentals extend and prorate from the actual start date.
Condition and support: Supply clean, fully fueled, lubricated equipment with a pre-delivery inspection checklist. Respond to mechanical failures within two hours and provide an equivalent or better replacement if downtime reaches four hours, at the same rate. No rental charges during downtime.
Pickup: Collect delivered equipment within 24 hours of notification.
