Scope: Aluminum storefront doors, windows, curtain walls, hollow metal frames, steel and wood doors, and associated hardware; custom fabrication may be needed.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates for an estimator, lead installer, and helper for regular hours (7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday) and after-hours, weekends, and holidays, plus your material markup percentage.
Service requirements: Return emergency calls within 1 hour and arrive on-site within 2 hours. Include material lead times and installation timeframes with project quotes.
Qualifications: Door and window specialist with at least 5 years of experience and a Maryland State Business License; door and window work must be performed by your own employees.
Warranty: Two-year workmanship, parts, and labor warranty, plus manufacturer warranties.
Term: One year beginning approximately December 1, 2026, with four optional annual renewals; work volume is not guaranteed.
