Framing and glass: Tubelite T14000 or equivalent, 2" x 4-1/2" center-set, thermally broken framing with solar bronze glass matching the existing color; provide a complete watertight system.
Door hardware: Rim exit panic/crash bars compatible with surface-mounted HES 9400 electric strikes.
Alternate: Provide separate pricing for Solarban 60 low-e glass or approved equivalent in every window frame.
Site conditions: Building remains occupied; preserve interior trim casing and limit displacement of any office to one business day.
Schedule: Mandatory site meeting October 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central; completion by June 14, 2027.
Labor: Include applicable Scott County prevailing wage rates.
