Term: One year starting approximately November 1, 2026, with four optional annual renewals.
Pricing: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly discounts off local rental rates, plus pickup and delivery charges. Daily rates cover 8 hours; weekly rates cover five 8-hour days; monthly rates cover a calendar month. Pricing must remain firm for the first year, with no setup or training fees.
Condition: Equipment must arrive clean, fully fueled, lubricated, and ready to use, with a completed pre-delivery inspection checklist.
Service: Respond to mechanical failures within 2 hours and provide equivalent or better replacement equipment if downtime reaches 4 hours. No rental charges during downtime; pickup required within 24 hours of notification.
Generators: 500 kW units with 100 feet of 4/0 cable, two per phase; 1,000 kW units with 100 feet of 4/0 cable, four per phase. Delivery or pickup required within 3 hours.
