Authorization: Current Microsoft LSP status with GCC authorization; provide Microsoft-issued or Partner Center verification.
Licensing: Enterprise on-premises and subscription licensing (Level D), Select Plus (Levels D and A), and on-premises and subscription EES. Quote minimum percentage discounts off current Microsoft retail pricing for each.
Services: Order processing, enrollments, renewals, true-ups, license tracking, dedicated account management, and continental U.S. helpdesk support.
Portal: Self-service access to license inventory, usage, invoices, and renewal reporting, with cXML PunchOut quote retrieval integration.
Training and ITAM: Provide separate pricing for Microsoft training and IT asset management packages, including remote and on-site options.
Term and pricing: Two years with four optional one-year renewals. Include all fees and identify one-time and recurring costs.
