Integration: D2L Brightspace integration, preferably through LTI, with learner progress tracking and reporting. No custom software development assumed.
Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for content and the delivery environment.
Ongoing services: Twelve months of hosting, applicable AI features, content updates, learner support, and analytics.
Quote breakdown: Provide hourly labor rates, a fixed development estimate, and separate recurring costs, including licenses, usage fees, and assumptions.
