Center operations: Continuous 24/7/365 staffing, traffic monitoring, incident verification and dispatch, traveler information, system monitoring, and weather response.
Roadside patrol: Route-based coverage, incident response, temporary traffic control, debris clearance, disabled vehicle relocation, and motorist assistance, with surge coverage as needed.
Vehicles and equipment: Provide fully equipped patrol vehicles with fewer than 100,000 miles at deployment, GPS tracking with API access, onboard cameras, radios, safety equipment, tools, and maintenance.
Personnel: Provide qualified operators, supervisors, management, initial training, and annual certification.
Pricing: Separate quotes for either or both services, including fully loaded hourly rates by role and region, fixed monthly management fees, annual training costs, and patrol vehicle mobilization costs. List patrol fuel separately.
Duration: Center operations: four years with two optional two-year renewals. Roadside patrol: five years with two optional three-year renewals.
