Event staffing: Ticket scanning, ushering, guest assistance, parking guidance, and dock monitoring.
Entry security: Magnetometer and hand-wand screening, bag inspections, and access control. Screening equipment is supplied by the venue.
In-event security: Crowd management, backstage protection, de-escalation, and incident response for concerts and live events.
Supervision: One entry supervisor per seven officers; a manager for 15 or more entry officers per space; a dedicated head supervisor for four or more in-event officers per space.
Personnel and supplies: Appropriately licensed and trained personnel, CPR/AED-certified security supervisors and key personnel, uniforms, supervisor radios, and search gloves.
Schedule: As-needed coverage, primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays, including simultaneous events and staffing adjustments with 24 hours' notice. Initial term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals.
Pricing: Separate hourly rates for staff and managers/supervisors in each of the three service lines, including travel, equipment, supplies, training, licensing, and insurance.
