Assessment: Review organizational structure, staffing, clinical workflows, medication management, chronic care, emergency response, and clinical policies; recommend and support improvements.
Leadership support: Provide weekly coaching and mentorship, plus daily operational guidance for medical, nursing, and quality assurance leaders.
Quality improvement: Assess the existing program, develop audit tools and corrective action plans, and provide monthly performance dashboards.
Training: Review existing curricula and deliver training on quality improvement, nursing documentation, emergency response, intake screening, triage, and high-acuity patient monitoring.
Case reviews: Support sentinel event and death-in-custody investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective recommendations.
Delivery and pricing: Regular on-site support at both facilities, personnel able to pass background clearance, assessment reports, implementation plans, and a final summary report. Provide a 12-month cost breakdown covering staffing, travel, operating expenses, and overhead.
