Coverage: Vehicle patrols of parking areas and drive lanes, plus foot patrols of the building perimeter and grounds; building approximately 15,938 square feet.
Schedule: Three patrols per weekday, starting within 5–7 a.m., 1–3 p.m., and 8–10 p.m.; two per weekend day within 5–7 a.m. and 8–10 p.m. All times Pacific. Vary start times within each window; exclude Idaho-observed holidays.
Duties: Document suspicious activity, damage, hazards, unauthorized vehicles, and unsecured access points; request unauthorized persons leave, secure exterior doors and gates when safe, and contact police when needed.
Staff and equipment: Uniformed, unarmed personnel with current Lewiston security licensing and background clearance; provide vehicles, communication devices, timestamped photography, and 24/7 dispatch.
Reporting: Email daily patrol reports with start/end times, observations, contacts, and required incident photos by 9 a.m. Pacific the following day.
Term and pricing: One year, with up to four annual renewals; begin within 60 days of the agreed effective date. Provide an all-inclusive monthly price, 12-month total, and hourly rate for additional patrols.
