What they need
- TranslationEnglish to requested languages and back, including editing, proofreading, quality review, and educational terminology consistency.
- ASL interpretingIn-person and virtual sign-to-voice and voice-to-sign services for educational and confidential employment settings, including urgent requests.
- QualificationsAt least three years of relevant company experience; ASL personnel with at least two years of experience and RID, NAD, EIPA 4–5, or CLT credentials.
- File handlingSecure document handling and ability to use client-controlled translation tools, memories, and glossaries.
- PricingQuote either or both services, with annual rates for years 1–5: translation per word, template development per document, eligible desktop publishing per page, and separate in-person and virtual ASL hourly rates. Include routine editable-file and system-generated PDF formatting in translation rates, and all travel and other costs in hourly rates.
