Term: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029; as-needed services with no guaranteed volume.
Availability: On-demand and scheduled services 24/7, including holidays; average connection within 30 seconds and maximum wait of 5 minutes.
Interpreters: Qualified and certified ASL/English interpreters with applicable RID/NAD credentials; certified interpreters for medical/legal assignments and Judicial Council court certification for administrative hearings.
Platform: HIPAA-compliant equipment, video at 720p or higher and 25+ fps, SIP/URI connectivity, authenticated direct user access, and user training included.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive hourly rates for certified and qualified-only interpreters during business hours (7 a.m.–5 p.m. daily) and emergency hours (5:01 p.m.–6:59 a.m.). Identify locations you can support.
Scheduled cancellations: No charge with at least 12 hours’ notice; shorter notice paid at the business-hour rate for half the scheduled hours.
