What the job is
Training: One session per location for up to four participants, covering preventive maintenance, safe operation, inspection techniques, and troubleshooting.
Equipment: 12 Frigid Fluid lowering devices: six in Suffolk, three in Amelia, and three in Dublin.
Service: Complete annual operational inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and functional testing. Identify worn or failing components and recommend repairs or replacements.
Documentation: Provide a report with certification and findings for each location; training credentials and maintenance authorization for Frigid Fluid devices must be available upon request.
Scheduling: Schedule each location individually; consecutive dates may not be available. Complete all work within 90 days of award.
Pricing: Include travel, lodging, training supplies, and inspection materials. Itemize training per location and maintenance per device, with location totals and a grand total.
