Term: Three years of as-needed service at a U.S. facility.
Equipment: Draeger X-Act 7000, X-am pump, and Accuro hand pump; Industrial Scientific GasBadge Pro, MX6, and Ventis Pro 5; RAE Systems MiniRAE 3000, QRAE II, and QRAE 3; SKC AirChek Touch and XR5000 pumps.
Calibration: Manufacturer-compliant calibration or functional verification, with NIST-traceable results and electronic certificates documenting as-found/as-left results and pass/fail status.
Turnaround and warranty: Evaluation and repair estimates within five business days; routine calibration within ten business days of receipt and authorization; repairs within ten business days of approval, subject to parts availability. One-year service warranty required.
Pricing: Provide per-model calibration rates, hourly repair and maintenance rates, and calibration gas cylinder unit prices. Include calibration gases and routine supplies in calibration rates; quote replacement parts separately. Equipment freight and insurance are prepaid; cylinder prices must include delivery and any required return costs.
