EquipmentPrimarily 5 lb, 10 lb, and 20 lb ABC extinguishers, with approximately 40–180 annual inspections per location.
Standards and staffingMeet NFPA 10 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.157 requirements using certified inspectors licensed to work in Virginia with at least three years of relevant experience.
SchedulingOne year of service, with four optional annual renewals. Work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., scheduled at least 48 hours ahead; perform services on-site where possible.
Service requirementsInclude inspection tags and reports within five business days. Provide equivalent loaners for off-site recharging and return units within two weeks.
PricingQuote each location you can cover separately, including all service categories: inspection unit prices, six-year maintenance and hydrostatic testing by extinguisher size, repair hourly rate, and disposal unit price. Include recharge agent in six-year maintenance pricing, parts at cost, and all travel and incidental expenses.
