What the job is
Cleaning: Routine office, restroom, common-area, trash/recycling, and floor cleaning to APPA Level 2 standards; include labor, supervision, and equipment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays; daytime coverage from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and evening cleaning from 5:30–10:00 p.m., with additional day porter services at designated locations.
Parking facilities: Periodic daytime checks and final cleaning after 6:00 p.m., including litter removal, restrooms, elevators, and security booths. Mechanical sweeping and snow removal are excluded.
Specialty work: Floor-only cleaning at 600 North 5th Street, Richmond, including daily sweeping/mopping and semiannual burnishing, stripping, and waxing; medical/dental-area sanitation at the health facility.
Pricing: Provide monthly rates by location for both vendor-provided and client-provided supplies. Separately itemize periodic floor care, carpet shampooing, and hourly emergency/specialty cleaning.
Term: Two years, with three optional one-year renewals; start date to be determined.
