Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM; approximately 104 service days annually, plus scheduled floor cleaning.
Routine cleaning: Restrooms, breakroom, common surfaces, trash and recycling removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, entrance cleaning, and restroom consumable replenishment. Monthly high dusting, grille vacuuming, and cleared desk cleaning.
Periodic cleaning: Quarterly mat washing and high-traffic carpet steam cleaning; twice-yearly interior window washing and full carpet steam cleaning; annual cleaning of partitions, light fixtures, window treatments, cabinets, and bookcases.
Supplies and equipment: Include all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning products, and consumables. HEPA vacuum and commercial carpet extractor required; full carpet steam cleaning must reach at least 180°F, with minimum 50 PSI solution pressure and 100-inch water lift.
Eligibility: Certified Work Centers only; personnel must pass site-specific background checks. Subcontracting is limited to 15% of the work.
Term and pricing: November 1, 2026–October 31, 2027, with four optional annual extensions. Provide monthly routine cleaning prices, per-occurrence periodic cleaning prices, and an hourly rate for extra work for each year.
