Floor care: Provide routine floor care, annual carpet cleaning, and periodic deep cleaning.
Flooring: Approximately 14,000 square feet of carpet, 12,000 of epoxy resin, 15,000 of resilient vinyl sheet, and 2,000 of porcelain tile.
Supplies: Include all labor, equipment, chemicals, liners, paper products, and restroom supplies; use certified environmentally preferable cleaners and manufacturer-approved floor treatments.
