Service term: 24 months, with buses and drivers remaining with each group throughout the trip.
Vehicles: 55-passenger coaches with restrooms, heating, air conditioning, and luggage storage; please also quote 36–40-passenger coaches and 24–28-passenger mini-buses. Indicate wheelchair-accessible availability.
Sample trips: Quote a 40-mile, 6-hour local trip; a 150-mile, 10-hour regional trip; and a 600-mile, 3-day out-of-state trip requiring a relief driver.
Rates: Provide an 8-hour daily base rate, per-mile rate, hourly rate beyond 8 hours, and relief-driver fee. Include fuel, drivers, any required bus captains, gratuities, tolls, parking, and all other fees.
Insurance: Automobile liability coverage of $5 million combined single limit is required.
