Heat recoveryInstall a 100-ton modular water-cooled heat recovery chiller with three modules, refrigerant monitoring and associated ventilation.
PumpsProvide 11 pumps with variable frequency drives: four primary hot water, three secondary hot water and four heat recovery circulation pumps, including standby units.
Water heatersInstall four 120-gallon electric water heaters, 480V, three-phase; two at 18 kW and two at 15 kW, with expansion tanks, mixing valves and recirculation connections.
InstallationInclude associated demolition, piping, insulation, gas connections, electrical work, campus controls integration, testing, balancing and commissioning.
ScheduleMajor demolition may begin after May 17, 2027; substantial completion by August 1, 2027, and final completion by September 1, 2027.
