Removal and installation: Remove two outdoor condensers, five indoor units, and associated components; recover refrigerant. Include new refrigerant piping, mounting hardware, controls, wiring, and finish restoration.
Electrical: Replace both existing 20-amp breakers with one properly sized circuit and leave the other position spare. Basis equipment requires a 50-amp, 2-pole breaker; include conductors, disconnect, and connections.
Condensate: Provide new drainage, pumps where needed, and an exterior dry well at least 24 × 24 × 24 inches with drain rock and geotextile.
Completion and warranty: Include testing, commissioning, documentation, and training; complete within 90 calendar days, with active field work within 15 working days. Provide 2-year workmanship, 5-year parts, and 7-year compressor warranties.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive lump sum covering labor, materials, disposal, permits, taxes, and applicable prevailing wages.
