Continuous coolingProvide redundant temporary precision cooling, environmental logging, alarms, and 24-hour emergency response throughout replacement.
Performance and durabilityDesign around 72°F and 45% RH, with outdoor operation at 105°F minimum. Provide coastal protection rated for 5,000-hour salt-spray resistance on condenser coils and 1,000 hours on exposed refrigerant piping.
CompletionInclude factory-authorized startup, a 72-hour operational demonstration, four hours of training, and as-built documentation. Complete within 180 calendar days after the job start meeting.
WarrantyTwo-year full-system coverage, five-year compressor coverage, and four-hour on-site response for cooling failure or loss of redundancy.
QualificationsActive California C-20 license, Universal refrigerant technician certification, and applicable manufacturer precision-cooling authorization required.
