Electrical and refrigerantNew high-voltage disconnect, surge protection, wire and conduit; re-insulate, pressure-test, and evacuate refrigerant lines.
Testing and cleanupInspect electrical connections, verify heating and cooling with onsite maintenance, correct any operating issues, and clean the site.
Warranty and scheduleRegister equipment warranties; include at least one year of labor coverage and 10 years of manufacturer parts coverage. Complete work within 30 days of award.
