FeaturesEnthalpy economizer, power exhaust with building pressure control, 4-inch MERV 13 filters, BACnet interface, and minimum IEER 13.2.
InstallationInclude curb adapter for the existing roof curb, electrical and duct connections, startup, testing, balancing, and commissioning. Combined unit and adapter weight must not exceed 6,800 lb without structural analysis and reinforcement.
ControlsInclude controls integration through Chesapeake Controls.
ScheduleSubstantial completion within 45 calendar days of commencement.
