Insurance

• Workers' compensation per Texas law with waiver of subrogation, plus employer's liability of $1,000,000 each accident, $1,000,000 each employee and $1,000,000 policy limit. (ESBD_568247_1792087265066_52900_IFB_HHS0018013_PCS_137_Formal.pdf, p. 31)

Set-aside and participation goals

Contract term
