Partitions and ceilings: Metal stud framing with 5/8-inch gypsum board; 2-by-2-foot white acoustical ceiling tiles with 15/16-inch exposed grid where indicated.
Site conditions: Building remains occupied. No changes to the building core, exits, egress, or restrooms.
Schedule: Substantial completion required by December 31, 2026.
