What the job is

Area: 3,021 square feet across 13 Level 1 food service rooms.
Preparation: Patch holes and cracks with epoxy patch and diamond-grind concrete for adhesion.
Floor system: Epoxy primer with decorative flake, grey epoxy mid coat with large-style flake, top-coat sealer, and polyaspartic sealer.
Baseboards and moisture barrier: Install 1-inch by 4-inch smart boards around service areas, flake and seal with epoxy/polyaspartic sealer, and apply an epoxy moisture vapor barrier to all areas and baseboards.
Installation: Include all labor, materials, equipment, kitchen equipment protection, ventilation, HVAC protection, cleanup, and disposal. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central.
Mandatory site visit: Attend October 12, 2026, at 9 AM or October 13, 2026, at 2 PM Central. Notify Herbert Lorentz at Herbert.lorentz@hhs.texas.gov or 903-683-7572 before attending; check in at the guard shack and request directions to the Maintenance building.
