Size: Single-tier metal lockers, 12" wide × 12" deep × 72" high, without legs.
Construction: Minimum 0.0474-inch steel bodies and panels, 0.0598-inch doors and shelves, and continuous sloped tops with end closures. Baked enamel finish; color to be selected.
Hardware: Padlock-eye latching, coat hooks, hanger rods, chrome-coated handles, and consecutive brass number plates. Built-in locks are not required.
Installation: Verify field dimensions, secure lockers to walls and adjacent units, and provide floor and wall protection. An elevator is available. Existing bases and cove base may remain; include any necessary base accommodations.
Alternate pricing: Quote new base trim separately.
Schedule: Installation during the holiday break or summer 2027; please provide proposed dates and lead time.
Bonds: Include performance and payment bond costs.
