What the job is
- Opening: Remove the existing door, modify the opening, and frame it for the new garage door.
- Electrical: Relocate one 3-way switch approximately 3’ outside the new rough opening, including wiring extensions and a junction box if needed.
- Exterior: Install trim and repair metal siding around the opening as needed.
- Flooring: Repair concrete/flooring and install a vehicle-suitable doorway transition. Replacement tile is available onsite.
- Security: Reinstall the existing security system on the new garage door.
