  • PricingProvide regular, overtime, and Sunday/holiday hourly rates, administrative rates, emergency and routine call-out charges, and repair-parts markup. Include prevailing wages and a minimum 90-day workmanship and materials warranty.
  • TermOne year, with six optional annual extensions.
