What they need

ScopePreventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, and startup support for power distribution, MCCs, motors, VFDs, generators, instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA controls. Include labor, tools, testing equipment, and materials.
StaffingTypically two qualified electricians onsite one day per week for 8–10 hours, Monday–Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.; additional work as needed, with no guaranteed minimum.
Emergency coverageAvailable 24/7, including holidays; emergency callback within 15 minutes and onsite within 2 hours; urgent callback within 30 minutes and onsite within 4 hours.
QualificationsActive California C-10 license, certified journey-level industrial electricians, and at least five years of company industrial maintenance experience. Qualified specialists must be available for systems up to 12 kV and controls work.
Term and pricingAnticipated February 1, 2027–January 30, 2032. Provide annual hourly rates for journeyman and master industrial electricians for each of the five years, using estimated annual quantities of 1,100 and 100 hours, respectively. Identify overtime, emergency, mobilization, and material charges.
