Surface preparation: Mechanically prepare concrete to the manufacturer's required surface profile and repair minor cracks, divots, spalls, and surface imperfections.
Flooring system: Manufacturer-supported, compatible system with 100% solids epoxy primer, epoxy body coat with chips broadcast to rejection, epoxy grout coat, and UV-stable satin urethane topcoat. Provide a slip-resistant finish resistant to heavy traffic, impact, abrasion, and cleaning chemicals.
Products: Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Tennant Coatings, or approved equals supported by technical data and warranty documentation.
Installation: Include detailing around drains, penetrations, thresholds, and fixed components; all transitions, edge terminations, protection, and daily debris removal.
Access and hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; personnel require prior security approval. Coordinate work around occupied facility operations and verify dimensions before quoting.
Warranty and pricing: Include a minimum two-year workmanship warranty, manufacturer's material warranty, and all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, mobilization, disposal, and applicable taxes.
