Interior: Paint designated garages, service bays, storage areas, ceilings, structural steel, mechanical rooms, equipment enclosures, walls, safety barriers, and exposed piping at all three locations.
Exterior: Paint previously painted doors, door and window frames, louvers, and bollards at 600 and 601 Longworth Street.
Preparation and coatings: Include cleaning, failed-paint and rust removal, minor repairs, primer, and two finish coats unless the coating system requires otherwise. Use industrial-grade coatings and white dryfall for shop ceilings and overhead structures.
Pipe identification: Apply ANSI/ASME A13.1 color coding, content labels, and flow arrows.
Lead-containing paint: Include compliant preparation, containment, handling, and disposal for affected garage surfaces at 901 Ludlow Street.
Site conditions: Facilities remain operational. Include lifts, equipment protection, dust and overspray containment, daily cleanup, and coordination of overhead electrical shutdowns. Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
Quote basis: Field-verify quantities and dimensions against the drawings. Include all labor, materials, equipment, applicable prevailing wages, and a one-year workmanship warranty.
