Scope: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete, roofing and ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, doors and windows, exterior upkeep, and handyman services.
Schedule: Regular hours Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central; respond to routine calls within 4 hours and arrive on-site for emergencies within 1 hour.
Qualifications: Company and assigned personnel must have at least 3 years of relevant experience; appropriately licensed electrical and plumbing personnel required.
Pricing: Provide standard, overtime, and emergency/holiday hourly rates for apprentice, journeyman, and master electricians; journeyman and master plumbers; and other maintenance services. Include materials/parts markup, capped at 20%, and all equipment, travel, supplies, and cleanup costs.
Service period: From award through August 31, 2027, with work requested as needed and no guaranteed volume.
