Projects: Campus utility plants and distribution systems, plus building infrastructure renovations and upgrades.
Disciplines: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, instrumentation and controls, and architectural services as needed. Please identify the disciplines you can support.
Services: Feasibility studies, condition assessments, design and construction documents, cost estimating, construction administration, and site observation.
Specialized support: Retro-commissioning, testing and balancing, air emissions and effluent water compliance, and hydraulic/thermal district energy modeling using Termis, as applicable.
Deliverables and response: Drawings and specifications in current AutoCAD or compatible format and PDF; short-notice field support for utility operations running 24/7.
Qualifications and term: Texas-licensed professionals and applicable firm registrations; initial one-year term with up to four annual renewals, with scope defined per assignment.
