Traffic engineering: Traffic counts, operational and safety studies, school zone evaluations, and signal warrants, design, timing, and optimization.
Design services: ITS and traffic management center planning, signal and street lighting electrical design, sidewalks, and ADA-accessible multimodal facilities.
Project support: Geotechnical testing, subsurface utility engineering, environmental documentation, plans, specifications, estimates, and construction support.
Qualifications: Active Texas engineering firm registration, a Texas-licensed PE, and at least five years of relevant firm experience with three comparable projects completed within the past five years.
Term: Three years with two optional one-year renewals; assignments issued as needed with scope and schedule defined individually and no guaranteed work volume.
