Carpet tile: Shaw Color Play 59358 or equivalent; 24 x 24 inches, 18 oz., nylon multi-level pattern loop with EcoWorx backing.
Installation: Include existing carpet removal and disposal, base replacement, furniture moving and return, floor preparation, adhesive removal, moisture testing, and pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Base: Supply and install 4-inch and 6-inch rubber base, corners, and base adhesive.
Pricing: Provide per-square-yard rates for supply only, removal only, and full installation; separate roll installation rates for jobs under and over 50 square yards. Include base unit rates, hourly cubicle dismantling/reassembly, and all delivery charges.
Schedule: As-needed work over two years, with three optional annual renewals; generally Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays.
