Flooring: Provide a seamless, non-slip, waterproof surface using NWR Stamina 10mm Speckled Mat, color 190 Earth; alternatives require a sample and approval.
Installation materials: Dynaflex Ultra black exterior sealant, 10.1-oz size; 7/16-inch stainless steel stair nosing with mortar infill, approximately 300 linear feet; and MAPEI Ultrabond Sport, estimated at 4 gallons with actual quantity verified. Maintain access to drains and utility penetrations.
Schedule: Measure onsite within 10 days of selection, allow 2–4 weeks for material production, and complete installation by November 27, 2026.
Experience: Prior flooring work in professional and collegiate venues required.
