Preparation: Retain existing concrete slabs; pressure wash, repair and seal cracks and minor defects, and grind and level as needed.
Surfacing: Apply acrylic resurfacer or equivalent and a neutral-colored topcoat suitable for outdoor athletics, with UV, slip, and weather resistance.
Markings: Provide regulation basketball lines and two four-square layouts on each half of each court.
Levy: Remove and dispose of existing posts and goals; install new gooseneck goal systems, acrylic backboards, and heavy-duty double rims. Use white lines with forest green free throw lanes and center circle.
Tillman-Wagon Branch: Retain posts; replace backboards and rims with acrylic backboards and double rims. Use white lines with blue free throw lanes and center circle.
Grays: Retain posts; replace backboards and rims with acrylic backboards and double rims. Use yellow lines with purple free throw lanes and center circle.
Pricing and schedule: Provide one lump sum covering all labor, materials, equipment, permits, fees, applicable taxes, debris disposal, and restoration. Plan for completion within 90 calendar days of authorization to start.
Warranty: Include a one-year workmanship and materials warranty plus manufacturer warranties. Equipment and surfacing substitutions may be proposed with justification.
